The Ross Library System consists of three libraries in Clinton County, as well as the County Library collection, which is managed and shared through a depository program by the County Librarian.

The Friendship Community Library is located about 20 minutes south-west of Lock Haven.

The Renovo Area Public Library is located about 30 minutes north of Lock Haven.

The Library has many books, audio books, and videotapes to choose from for adults and children.

If you are unable to find what you are looking for we can borrow the item from another library.

There are resources available to conduct genealogy research.

There are computers to access the Internet to search for information or to just check your e-mail.  We will be happy to assist you.

County Library

The County Library operates a van to deliver rotating collections of library materials to 43 repository centers including daycares, pre-schools, and nursing homes throughout Clinton County.  The library also provides materials to homebound residents by way of the Books by Mail program.  For inquiries about these services contact County Librarian Joe Bitner at 570 748 3321.
