"FOOD FOR THOUGHT" - Enjoy a meal as you meet and greet Tom Bailey, author, editor and teacher at Susquehanna University who will talk about his book, "The Grace That Keeps The World."   This event is Free and open to the public. No registration is required. An example of Ross Library's PA Forward events and support of Clinton County United Way.

November 15 - History of Piper - Speaker, Lou Bernard 

This program is part of the PAForward Basic Literacy initiative. The Annie Halenbake Ross Library is a member of the Clinton County United Way.

Paranormal investigator Lou Bernard will give haunted walking tours on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29 as a fundraiser for the library. Sponsored by the Lock Haven Paranormal Seekers, these tours will take approximately an hour each. Each tour begins at the library at seven PM. The cost is $3 per person. All proceeds benefit the Ross Library. Smoking on tours is prohibited. Bringing a flashlight is suggested.
