Library opening subject to guidance from OCL

ALL THREE CLINTON COUNTY LIBRARIES ARE NOW OPEN! See our policies regarding reopening HERE. We ask that patrons limit their time in each room to ten minutes, or 30 minutes at the computers. Other safety measures will be in place, including requiring all patrons over the age 2 to wear masks (if you are unable to wear a mask, we can provide alternative services). The number of patrons will be limited in each room to follow state guidelines. Thank you for helping us to keep everyone safe!

The new temporary hours for Annie Halenbake Ross Library are as follows:


Tuesday 10am-7pm

Wednesday 10am-4pm

Thursday 10am-7pm

Friday 10am-4pm

Saturday 10am-4pm (10am-11am is reserved for high-risk patrons)
